At Ongwediva, 10 km
southeast of Oshakati on the B1, there is a small concentration of a shops,
a Standard Bank with ATM, Spar and Engen garage. Many education and
environment ministry offices are located here, and the annual Trade Fair
takes place in a huge, new conference facility. The few shops include the
Traditional Shop, set back from the road, for Owambo and Himba jewellery,
traditional dresses and skins.
