Popa Falls
The rest camp is situated on the bank of the Okavango River at the Popa Falls where the course of the river is suddenly interrupted by rocks before entering Botswana creating the four meter high waterfall. Open throughout the year. The gates are open from sunrise to sunset. Kiosk, fire wood and water are available. Angling permits are available at the resort office.
Shop hours: 8.00-17.00.
Landing strip: at Bagani, 5km from Popa Falls. Landing and transport from airstrip must be arranged in advance directly with resorts and on arrival the resort must be circled if transport is needed.
Restaurants:
Open: 7.00-9.00, 12.00-14.00, 18.00-22.00
Meal times:
7.00-8.30, 12.00-13.30, 18.00-20.30
No pets, no motor cycles.

Mahango Game Reserve
The area borders the Okavango River where crocodile and hippo abound. The park is situated in north eastern Kavango bordering on western Caprivi and Botswana. It is 950 km from Windhoek and 250 km from Rundu.
Open for day visitors only.
Flora and fauna. Broad flood planes forming streams and lakes are flooded every year to form marshes. There are several endemic water plants. Dense forest and adjacent wooded areas are common features. It is rich in bird life - 280 different species have been identified. The most important endangered species in the game park are hippopotamus, crocodile, bushbuck, reedbuck, lechwe, tsessebe, roan antelope, sable antelope, impala, oribi, elephant, buffalo, waterbuck and sitatunga.

Open throughout the year. Visitors have to cater for themselves and must provide their own bedding, food, equipment, water and fire wood for at least three days.
The gates are open from sunrise to sunset.
Only four-wheel-drive vehicles allowed - a minimum of two vehicles per group.
Neither kiosk nor fuel available - closest fuel station at Tsumkwe, Bagani, Mukwe or Rundu.
No caravans, trailers, motorcycles and pets allowed.

Sikereti
This camping site is located near Tsumkwe (approximately 65 km) at the southern end of Kaudom Reserve. A limited number of huts are available with beds only: no bedding, shared ablution facilities, no power.
